In the words of Frank Costanza, "I'm back, baby!". Had a great time with my family and Jessica's family in Missouri, but I sure was missing my little experiment here. So it's good to be back.
Tonight I'm listening to the Alan Parsons Project's Eye in the Sky. This album instantly rules by starting out with "Sirius". I wonder how much money they are still making off that song being played at sporting events probably all over the world. Follow that up with "Eye In The Sky" and you have a nice 1-2 punch.
The rest of Side 1 was good, but sounding like some album filler. Side 2 starts out with "You're Gonna Get Your Fingers Burned". Nice uptempo tune. "Psychobabble" is ok, but wasn't feeling Elmer Gantry's lead vocal. "Mammagamma" to me is just as good an instrumental as "Sirius" is. The last two songs were kinda lame, so we'll leave it at that.
That's it for tonight. Great to be back on here. See you tomorrow!
